Consultation Fee

Unless otherwise stated on the booking page, the consultation is intended to provide a private one-on-one conversation with Ashish.

What the Consultation Includes

The consultation does not automatically include:

No Upselling or Obligation to Purchase Additional Services
The purpose of the consultation is to provide a straightforward opportunity to speak with Ashish and obtain practical travel guidance.
Booking a consultation does not create any obligation to purchase a tour, travel package, hotel, transportation, activity, or any other service from Travel With Ashish or any third party.
The consultation fee is paid for the time and advisory conversation itself.
Nature of Travel Advice
Travel advice is based on the information available to me, my personal experience, general knowledge, and the information you provide during the consultation.
Travel conditions can change.
Prices, transportation schedules, hotel policies, entry requirements, local conditions, government regulations, weather, operating hours, and other travel circumstances may change without notice.
Therefore, information discussed during a consultation should be treated as practical guidance rather than a guarantee of future conditions.
Where appropriate, you should verify important information directly with the relevant airline, hotel, government authority, embassy, transportation provider, attraction, or other service provider before making a final decision.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Booking and Payment

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Consultation Availability

I may occasionally need to reschedule a consultation due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

Travel involves circumstances outside anyone’s control.
I do not guarantee that following information discussed during a consultation will result in:

A particular price

Admission to a country

A specific level of service from a third party
